Eyelash & Eyebrow Services

How should I prepare for my treatment?

  • Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that will allow us access to your body.

  • Be sure to eat a snack or small meal an hour or two before your appointment.

  • Avoid strenuous activity, swimming, or exercise after your treatment if possible.

  • Avoid drinking alcohol or caffeine before and after.

It is important for you to understand that we cannot perform spa services if you have blood or skin disorders that would be aggravated by exfoliation or hair removal, if you are at an elevated risk for infection, or have certain conditions that may cause you to be immunocompromised. If you have any questions about whether spa services are safe for you, please consult your doctor or see our list of contraindications. It is your responsibility to follow medical directives and disclose potential contraindications prior to receiving your service. All clients receive services at their own risk.

For all services below, a specialized home care routine for your desired goals will be recommended during the service to help you maintain results between treatments and a maintenance schedule that works best for you.

Lash Lift FAQs

A lash lift is a semi-permanent cosmetic treatment for enhancing the appearance of natural eyelashes. It involves curling and lifting the lashes using silicone rods and a lifting solution, giving them a more curled and lifted look. The effect lasts for several weeks and is a semi-permanent alternative to eyelash extensions or curling with a lash curler.

What you should know:

  • You can wear mascara and makeup 24 hours after getting a lash lift.

  • For the first 24 hours after your lash appointment, only use cold water to clean the eye area. After 24 hours, yes, you can get your lashes wet.

  • The curl can last up to eight weeks, but due to natural lash shedding and regrowth, it is recommended to have the service done every four to six weeks.

  • If you still have lifted lashes from the previous service, you may over-process those lashes and cause damage to them if you lift the lashes too soon. Some clients will be ready for another lift in four weeks some will need to wait until eight weeks.

  • If you use a growth serum, this may change their lash growth/shed cycle. You must consider this when deciding how long to wait for your next lift to be done, so please notify your stylist so this can be discussed during your appointment.

Brow Lamination FAQs

Brow lamination is for anyone looking to improve the overall appearance of their brows! For those with brow concerns such as gaps, thinning, over-plucking, and unruliness— brow lamination is a beautiful solution and a great alternative to microblading.

A couple of things to know:

  • Results will vary depending on the texture of your brow hair and how well you take care of them.

  • There is no long-term damage to the brow hairs when proper guidelines are followed. We use high-quality products formulated to be gentle on the hair and skin.

  • You can get a lamination if the microblading is completely healed (6-8 weeks). It will not affect the tattooed strokes and will enhance the overall appearance of your brows.

Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint FAQs

The eyebrow and eyelash tinting process is quick and easy. An extremely gentle dye is carefully applied to lashes and brows with a brush. Within minutes, the hairs on your brows and lashes are darkened to the color that best accents your features. Note that the dye used in this process is not the same hair dye that you would use on your head. Eyebrow and eyelash tinting dye is specially formulated to be gentler on the delicate eye area. This process has some risks, so tinting your eyelashes and eyebrows professionally is safer and more effective than tinting them at home.

A couple of things to know:

  • Skincare products containing AHAs and BHAs can cause your tint to fade more quickly. We recommend cream-based cleansers and make-up removers, as oil-based products can cause tints to fade faster.

  • Avoid sun exposure, saltwater, and chlorine to extend the life of your tint. Use a non-greasy SPF 35+ sunscreen to shield your brow tint from harsh sun rays.

  • If you generally have reactive skin, a lash tint may not be for you. Some people find they are allergic to the lash dye. If you have ever been allergic to a hair dye, you may need to avoid lash tints and go for lifts instead. A sign of an allergy to this product would be puffy, itchy skin around your eyes and persistent redness. At this point, you should seek medical attention.

Sugaring FAQs

The superior qualities of Sugaring versus other methods mean most clients need little to no aftercare. Generally, clients who have tried both prefer sugaring and report less discomfort during and after the service. Over time, you should notice a significant reduction in the amount of hair in regularly sugared areas.

Other benefits/FAQs of sugaring:

  • It dissolves with warm water so that it won't ruin your clothing.

  • It will not burn your skin.

  • It only exfoliates dead skin, and it won't abrade healthy tissue.

  • Before your treatment, avoid exfoliating or applying lotions or creams to the treatment area. Light chemical peels or microdermabrasion require a wait of seven days at a minimum.

  • You should also avoid waxing or tweezing hair from the treatment area for at least two weeks prior to treatment. For optimal results, the hair should be 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch in length.

  • For the first 48hrs after your service, avoid exfoliating, sweat-forming activities, and bacteria-filled water. This includes exercising, bathing, swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, etc...
